Founder and owner, Elba Rojas, has been in the mortgage and banking industry since the year 1993. Our business model is to ease the process of home purchasing for our clients. Our loan processing team is onsite and accessible at all times.
We have an onsite Real Estate Specialist to simplify and secure your home searching experience with most closings happening within 30-45 days.
We are a mortgage company that will not turn anyone away, we will work with you no matter what criteria you fall under.
Together, we will focus on getting all clients to the end goal of buying their first or second home.
BMS, LLC will inform and educate clients of all programs and information that may have an impact on their financial decision.
